Shipping
We ship all orders within the EU using reliable delivery services. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible – often on the same day.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.
Note: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your country. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
We are not responsible for any delays that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider. Once the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, the delivery is considered complete.
You are responsible for providing correct contact and shipping details (name, address, email, phone number). Incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery.
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product.
To return an item:
Contact us at info@miriell.se or via our contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for return.
We will send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of used items.
Please note: You are responsible for the item during the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked service.
Once we have received and approved your return, only the value of the item will be refunded (not the original shipping cost). Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5–10 business days.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we will assist you immediately.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be charged a €16 fee to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order as described above and place a new order.
We reserve the right for:
Typos, price adjustments, and out-of-stock items
Technical issues or color variation due to screen settings
Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors

Please note: Orders placed via miriell.com are shipped within the EU in euros. Free shipping within Sweden is not available through this site. For domestic orders in SEK with local delivery terms, please use miriell.se.
